Welcome to Alpha Mike Shooters
Alpha Mike Shooters is an IPSC
(USPSA affiliated) club that holds matches on the 3rd Sunday of
every month at the beautiful Cedar Ridge Range located in
the Bulverde (San Antonio) Hill Country. All shooters, beginning
and experienced, are welcome. After the match, follow us to
The Antler Cafe, the official Alpha Mike recovery
station just up the road, to buzz about the
match while eating great food and downing the coldest ice tea in
Texas. You won't be disappointed in the match, or the food!

September looks to be a good month for the Alpha Mike
match! Starting off with a few inches of good and
much-needed rain and early morning temps beginning in
the 60's...it just makes you want to get out and set up
stages! Let's hope this means an early fall at Cedar
Ridge. So, clean your chamber, recheck your extractor
and begin loading up. Warm up on the local matches and
come ready to play on Sunday, September 19th.
Do you have some favorite stages you would like to
shoot...submit them to us and we will try to work them
into our match.

BTW...have you signed up for the Louisiana Gator
Classic in October. I understand the slots are
filling fast! I can tell you, from experience, the Gator
is held at one of the nicest ranges around...all very
green, and the temps in southern Louisiana are perfect
for shooting. And a prize table in excess of $17,000
this year...all finishers reportedly get a prize. Do
yourself a favor and join the Alpha Mike Shooters at the
Gator Classic in 2010. |
